Pivot RPO is part of The Fuel Group – one of the UK’s leading recruitment, RPO/MSP and public sector service companies. The group has annual revenues in excess of £30 million with compounded annual growth of 27% over the last four years. The company operates on a UK, multi-country and full EMEA basis with particular strengths in the IT, Telecoms, Engineering, Consulting and Marketing sectors. As well as Pivot RPO, its operational arms include Fuel Recruitment and Fuel Professional Services.
Although we are technology-driven in terms of our search and networking capabilities, we never forget that recruitment is a people business at its core. And – for RPO and MSP programmes in particular – trust and empathy are central to our offer. Unless we can work in commercial but collaborative partnership with our clients, we will remain outsiders rather than an inherent part of their HR, admin or recruitment processes.
That’s why our company values are more than just window-dressing at Pivot RPO. And because we like to keep things simple, we base them around three tenets that shape our approach to business life.
Respect: We pride ourselves on being a high-touch company and endeavour to treat clients, candidates and colleagues alike with honesty, integrity and total respect on all occasions.
Responsibility: Accountability and delivery are key to our offer. Making good on our promises is always a priority at Pivot RPO.
Reflection: Business life may be fast and ferocious on occasion but we never forget that we are all human. Empathy and emotional intelligence are therefore integral to our approach to commercial life.
And those values are backed up by our more formal ISO 9001:2008 accreditation. This ensures that our processes and procedures meet the needs of our clients and match the claims we make in our marketing materials. We conduct weekly internal audits and are also externally audited on an annual basis to fully test that our processes are robust. And, of course, our accreditation also means we have a robust customer complaint policy in place if we ever need to investigate and/or correct any shortcomings on our part.
